By accessing Entexia, you agree to these Terms. If you use Entexia on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Subscription & Billing

Entexia is billed monthly or annually per active user. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period, no refunds are issued for partial months.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Entexia to process illegal content, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without a written partner agreement.

4. Uptime & SLA

We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced 48h in advance) and events beyond our control. SLA credits apply to verified outages: 1 day credit per hour of downtime beyond the SLA.

Your data is yours. We do not mine, sell, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (name, email, company), usage data (features accessed, session duration), billing data (handled by Stripe — we never see full card numbers), and log data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.

What we do NOT collect

We do not track your users' personal data beyond what your account generates. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.

How we use your data

To provide the service, send transactional emails (invoices, alerts, updates you subscribed to), improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We never use your data for advertising.

Data storage

All data is stored on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We use Hetzner and DigitalOcean for infrastructure. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.

Third-party processors

Stripe (payment processing), Postmark (transactional email), Cloudflare (DDoS protection and CDN). All are GDPR-compliant and have signed DPAs with us.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie (required for login) and one analytics cookie (Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, no fingerprinting, GDPR-compliant by design). No advertising cookies.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Log data is retained for 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by EU tax law.

Your GDPR Rights

As an EU data subject, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification
Correct inaccurate personal data at any time from your profile.
Right to erasure
Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
Right to portability

Right to restriction
